MY AYLF PORTION – MELISSA FAITH AMPUMUZA
My name is Melissa Faith Ampumuza, I am a first year student at Makerere University doing Journalism and Communication and a Coordinator of AYLF Makerere Chapter. Coordination of the small group is one of the best opportunities I have had in my life time as a growing woman. I love the weekly meetings where we share and learn what being a good leader actually is. I also love the community outreaches we carry out as a way of “living-out”
these lessons. Besides this, we build long term friendships and share diverse ideas recognizing how each of them is important to the world we live in.
